We are the only company that has the ability to refurbish equipment in either one of two facilities, offer professional installation, and conduct in-house or on-site training and comprehensive warranty as standard policy.

Dometek stands above other sellers of new and pre-owned equipment because we are first and foremost engineers providing high quality, efficient and cost effective new and/or pre-owned equipment that will meet the customer’s needs for many years to come.

We want our customers to be more than satisfied and careful evaluation of their requirements and future plans allows us to help them succeed. We will not sell any customer something that does not meet their every need.

Dometek is an international company with refurbishment centers in the US and Europe and sales offices in Brazil and India. Being so highly specialized as an engineering/manufacturing company we have a unique ability to routinely solve any issue in the field of optical disk replication equipment. Each of our senior management and field engineers have over 15 years of experience in this and related fields. Among all our employees we have the ability to speak over sixteen (16) different languages, to better able our ability to be an international company. We work as design engineers, manufacturing, maintenance engineers and sales staff as the needs develop. Over the past few years we have sold, refurbished and installed over 45 CD/DVD replication lines to customers in North, Central and South America, Western and Eastern Europe as well as Asia and Australia.

Dometek has been in existence since April of 2000, exports presently account for approximately 80% of sales and since year 2000 we have done business with over 52 different countries including Russia, Turkey, Finland, Israel, Canada, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Malaysia, Korea, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, UK, Brazil, Argentina, several in the Middle East and of course the USA just name a few.

Our desire is clearly to continue to expand, allowing us to change as the world continues to change. As time goes on, we will be exploring the markets in new equipment and of course continuing our successful used equipment sales and support.
